Homelessness in Ramsgate is rising—and it’s easy to feel helpless. But when a community moves together, it can lift up those who’ve fallen through the cracks.

This event is our way of taking action.

Every donation helps Porchlight support people facing homelessness, mental health struggles, and hardship—offering real pathways to recovery and stability.

We’re sweating for something bigger than ourselves.

At least £3000 can help house 10 homeless in adequate housing for one month.

I’ve heard one particular story of an entire family been homeless and moving from one temporary accommodation to another-the children aged 10 and 6 having to put up with such uncertainty whilst going to school is heartbreaking to hear. Imagine not having a place of your own to go home to let alone being a child to have to go through the burden of homelessness. Let’s collectively make a difference.
