Lift Up Lewiston

In our spirit of hope, service, and collaboration, MACSP’s Board of Directors voted this week to launch an Association fundraising drive to offer support for Lewiston and our provider community and partners in the region following the tragic events that unfolded there.

The money we raise will go directly to the Maine Community Foundation’s Lewiston-Auburn Area Response Fund for Victims and Families, as well as the Maine Association of the Deaf (MEAD) to provide resources to help Maine’s grieving deaf community heal.

Our Lift Up Lewiston Fundraiser launches Friday, November 3, and will continue through our Annual Meeting on December 8th, where we will announce the total raised and the names of our MACSP members who donated.

We are grateful for the incredible amount of outreach from IDD partners and friends nationwide in the wake of this devastating tragedy. Our hearts go out to all victims, their families, our provider community, and the people we support in the Lewiston area.

Our MACSP network is an inspiring, thoughtful, service-driven group, and we are honored to come together, with all of you to Lift Up Lewiston.
