Lifeworks Home Improvement Challenge 2022

Hi, my name is Crystal Barone at Twelve Rivers Realty/Twelve Rivers Management, and I am fundraising for Lifework's Home Improvement Challenge.

Lifeworks Austin is an organization that provides a pathway to self-sufficiency for more than 4,000 youth and families annually, many of whom face life’s most difficult challenges, including homelessness, trauma, and abuse.

In addition to housing, these youth need basic furniture and household items to make their apartment feel like home. During the Home Improvement Challenge, we will be facilitating makeovers for 4 apartments in Austin. These apartments are a temporary housing bridge for families or individuals in the program as they are placed into their permanent housing. Our goal is to "spruce up" these units with new paint, flooring, furniture, and items that make each person feel at home.
