Life threatening Revascularization surgery

My name is Nira Yanez my mother is Maritza Mendez. She is 71 years old and the best mother I could ask for from Venezuela. She suffers from Diabetes from a very young age, high blood pressure, and circulatory problems. She has an ulcer currently that is turning into gangrene and because of her condition, she desperately needs surgical revascularization surgery plus femoral bypass plus angioplasty in the leg. She has no insurance and is suffering. All I want is my mom to be healthy and recover from this but we are struggling for the funds.

Please any help you can give my family would save her life.
