Liberty for Tennessee

I am the investigative journalist who has fought for liberty his whole life. I run the 1 p.m. radio report at 92.7 FM and am the "blogger with the biggest pen" and “the smartest guy with a bow tie in Chattanooga."

I'm soliciting your help in legal reform projects, starting with the one most important today.

And that is pushing back the administrative totalitarian state under the courageous Gov. Bill Lee and his cohorts in local government in the CV-19 panic that has unseated lawful government.

I am preparing a case for chancery court from my own hand and based on my home legal research and knowledge. I'll be in court as a sui juris person, in his own flesh, as my own natural human being, a soul wrapped a body, as C.S. Lewis says. The judge will be either Jeff Atherton or Pam Fleenor in Hamilton County chancery court, with initial filing fee at around F$250.

As one of the people in the state of Tennessee and secured by the state constitution and also the federal constitution, I am developing a petition for a writ.

Mandamus is a powerful common law remedy requiring the government to obey the law that is clearly written and unalterable. It is a peremptory writ which instantly reaches the top of the docket.

In Tennessee we are under a lawless government from a Republican governor. He rejects godly government, ignores the constitution and denies the proper understanding of the state's law.

This law is the health law that he has ignored in the health crisis of CV-19.  In operating on the healthy generally and not upon the sick specifically, the governor and the U.S. government have put the country into a depression. It is under a long emergency and an apparent liquidation to paper money creditors.

I'm soliciting your help for money that comes to me personally for my family, my house, my person, and my expenses as touching getting to and from court, filing fees, spending time in law study and other expenses. When I go to Nashville to argue my case before the Supreme Court, I will have to spend the night and pay for gas.

Please support me in this work. Please support me in liberty. I have two other cases for liberty that I intend to pursue once the CV-19 litigation is over.  Traffic stops (Jim Crow operates by abuse of Title 55 in Tennessee, the transportation and trucking law) and grand jury reform (due process violation en masse). See for extensive reporting on these two longstanding abuses.

Your donation is not tax deductible and comes to me personally as a gift for use at my discretion.

I have spent my whole life in Chattanooga fighting for liberty and the unborn. I have a long track record in this work as publisher and writer. I'm 61 years years old, have 4 children, ages 17 to 27. I am a homeschool dad and a member at North Shore fellowship in Chattanooga. For many years I was a deacon at Brainerd Hills Presbyterian Church, both of these fellowships in the PCA.

I covet your prayers and your support in this project.
