Liam Puckhaber needs your help for his Eagle Scout project.

Liam is working with Lutheranch (a Lutheran Camp and Conference Center in Tallapoosa, GA) to create a mounting ramp for their therapeutic riding program. Therapeutic riding uses equine-assisted activities for the purpose of contributing positively to cognitive, physical, emotional, and social well-being of people with disabilities.

 

In order to complete the project, Liam needs materials to build a ramp similar to the one below, which will be used to assist participants in mounting a horse. Materials and supplies are expected to cost $4,500. Labor will be free as Liam is recruiting his scout troop and skilled people to help put it together.

 

 

 

Liam intends to construct the ramp on the weekend of October 8-10. Any financial help would be greatly appreciated.
