The Student Council of Lafayette High School will be hosting our 12th annual DanceBlue mini-marathon on Saturday, February 21st, 2026. This is an exciting time for our school community – all the money we raise for this marathon will be donated to support the DanceBlue Kentucky Children’s Hospital Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinic through the Golden Matrix Fund.

Over the eleven years, we have successfully raised over $310,000 and we are excited to make this year even more successful! For our mini-marathon this year, we have set the goal of raising $53,000.00 to donate. We hope that through school-wide participation and generous donations and support from our Lafayette community, we can easily reach this goal and help the children in our area.
