My precious baby Lexington is waiting desperately to be rescued & reunited with his mommy.
22 mo old Lexington and I are victims of domestic violence. Days following his father's arrest for abuse in Sonoma County, our abuser (his father) went to another county and lied to the courts, to obtain emergency custody of our child before knowledge of his arrest could surface.
My precious baby is trapped in another county in a horribly abusive household, and in the care of a violent criminal. CPS has only been able to help in Sonoma County, but as Baby Lex is being held "hostage" in San Jose, there doesn't seem to be any agency with the power to sort out the truth and return my baby to the safety and care of his mama.
I am a full-time single mom speaking out against domestic violence and the injustices of the legal/law enforcement system. I am raising funds to rescue my baby on all fronts, to hire an attorney who can help, and to find a safe living space & transportation so that my little one can have the happy loving home he deserves. My heart in pieces worrying for my dear son, who I have cared for every single day of his life.
The circumstances have left me with zero financial resources, no vehicle, and no way to fund a legal battle. Legal Aid in Sonoma County could not capacitate my case (seeings as the Judge in Santa Clara county refused to respond to calls from our judge in Sonoma county to resolve the issue of location/venue).
I am rallying the support of our community, and am eternally grateful for assistance in any capacity. I am the only advocate for my baby, in a world where abuse & legal kidnapping can continue because of a county line.
I am praying for a Christmas Miracle, for Baby Lexington to be brought home to our county and returned to my care and safety. Thank you sisters, thank you brothers.
