Hi, I’m Lexie!

I’m taking on a sponsored walk from Brighton to Plumpton College to raise funds for my volunteering trip to Kenya this June. During my trip, I’ll be supporting African Adventure’s long-term sustainable development efforts in partner schools. My role will involve helping with school construction and renovation, as well as teaching and coaching students at Nanning Oi’ Primary School, located in a remote area near the Maasai Mara National Park.

Plumpton College is aiming to raise £10,000 for this year’s project—installing outdoor washing sinks for the school. Every penny I raise will go towards this initiative.

If we exceed our target, additional funds will be used to purchase essentials like soap, reusable period pants, and nourishing balms for the students.
