Lewis is doing Ironman 70.3 for MANUP? & bibic

On the 11th June, I’ll be racing, well… more like taking part in Ironman 70.3 (1.9km swim, 90km bike ride and 21.1km run) around a hilly course in the Staffordshire countryside at the peak of the British summertime. I am aiming to raise as much money as possible for two charities – MANUP? and bibic. Please see below;
MANUP? (https://www.manup.how/) is a men’s mental health charity.
A charity that’s extremely important to me after I almost lost my best friend who suffered from severe mental health problems. I’m proud to say he’s on this journey with me and we will be racing alongside one another in June!
bibic (https://bibic.org.uk/) is a charity my work, Cityscape Recruitment has proudly supported for the last six years. They help and support children and young people with brain injuries and a wide range of disabilities, developmental conditions and learning difficulties to reach their full potential.
I know the race isn't until June, but training is well and truly underway! It's a busy programme, I'm squeezing in at the crack of dawn before work and juggling my evening routine around being a Dad an various other commitments. Trust me, it is not easy. But day by day we’re getting it done and with all your support you’re helping me get through!
MANUP? and bibic are two great charities that mean a great deal to many people. They would benefit massively from your kind donations, so please get behind me and hopefully what we raise will make a difference!
