My name is Levi Lyon and I'm a Human Rights Activist and Humanitarian leading the charge/change in policies related to BODILY AUTONOMY & HEALTH SOVEREIGNTY. I've been advocating for liberties to access plant medicines/entheogens + restore our constitutional freedoms to support each other in education and other forms of expression related to health and wellness.
In 2019, after decades of producing cultural events such as Seattle Hempfest, Art on the Ave, Portland Hempstalk, Austin Texas SXSW Hemp & Garden Show, Las Vegas Hempfest, and thousands of community gatherings, I was targeted by our GOVERNMENT agency WSLCB and ARRESTED during my food and clothing drive supporting helping the HOMELESS during the Thanksgiving holiday season.
So far (5 years in the making), I've fundraised over $100,000 in contributions to combat the illegalities of the wrongful civil forfeiture/arrest and was successful in the dismissal of my criminal charges. During the discovery of these government abuses of power and criminalities or what I call "Crimes Against Humanity," I've surfaced MASSIVE CORRUPTION within our State.
I'm working on laws, initiatives, and a continued LAWSUIT against the State AS-WE-COMMUNICATE now. I need your financial support and networking ability to continue the uphill battle against the MEDICAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX & POWERFUL OLIGARCHS.
Millions have suffered already and our situation is about to get worse. I'm fighting a HERO'S BATTLE for all those that have already suffered wrongdoings from BIAS, discrimination & prejudice created from generations of propaganda meant to divide, conquer, control, oppress, and PROFIT over US. The saddest, most brutal element of these crimes over us is the fact that most of us DO NOT have the resources to FIGHT BACK. As I'm finding out now in preparation for the next COURT APPEAL, the government is in bed with itself (protecting itself) with invested interests that simply RUNS-US-OUTTA FUND$ and pressures the fighters/advocates to QUIT.
I REFUSE TO LAY-DOWN or BACK-AWAY from this RIGHTEOUS BATTLE. As I've already mentioned, I've been in the WAR-ZONE for decades and now deep into the investigative journalism (preparing for the MOVIES/DOCUMENTARIES), WE are just too close to give up now.
I've been watching and reading 1000's of research papers on the homeostatic remedies of cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, tannins, or biochemical compounds and their ability to provide healing/growth to our human existence. My favorite research comes in from Dr. William L. Courtney, Dr. Ethan Russo, Dr. Dustin Sulak, Dr. Raphael Mechoulam (the man who, with his team of Israeli scientists, discovered the Endocannabinoid System), + dozens of other doctors/scientists featured in CannMed YouTube series.
The facts and truths plus millions of peer-reviewed and review by peer studies undeniably conclude we've been tricked since the birth of the 1937 Cannabis Tax Act & our HEALTH LIBERTIES ROBBED. We've been lied to and lobby/government actions have stripped away our ability to access GOD'S PLANTS/NUTRIENTS for our health and growth/ascension. Now as we demand ATONEMENT, these same PROFITEERS seek to TAX us on nature's best evolutionary and homeostatic plants.
Let me ask you ONE QUESTION? Does Cannabis have medical healing potential?
If your answer is YES, as mine is undoubtedly YES, then how can the STATES impose any kind of TAX? WE MUST NOT HAVE HEALTH TAXES or be CRIMINALIZED for working on our HEALTH. I'm OK with regulations to keep us safe, but currently, only the most privileged or wealthy are capitalizing over the most sick. We NEED and DEMAND inclusion by ALL in a FREE-ENTERPRISE MARKET. We must allow for ALL to bring their health remedies and recipes to market! LOOK into the "Entourage Effect" of BIOCHEMISTRY and study ALCHEMY to heighten your understanding here.
I've found sooooo much therapeutic or holistic possibilities, especially when we talk about the individual chemical compounds in these plants and the way they interact with the ECS or endocannabinoid system (the system that coordinates homeostasis within ALL SYSTEMS of the body). When we study the biochemical makeup of these molecules in cannabis, they identify as the same exact structures we find in most ALL fruits, vegetables, and edible plants. It makes sense that the SUN'S photon light energy that powers us also photosynthesizes in the plants which we eat for food.
In closing here, I wish to inform my friends, family, community, nation, and WORLD at LARGE, to "THE FIGHT" we are in because it's going to take ALL of us working together to bring the BALANCE & HOMEOSTASIS HOME. It's going to take US ALL to correct the WRONGS and end the suffering for so many during this CHEMICAL CRISIS we find ourselves in. I'm a man of action as my CHARACTER has proven over decades of work in the field and I'm begging you to see the activism and want or need to also play a role in ending the suffering of us all.
