Let’s retire my dad!

As of this morning, my dad, who is 71, lost his job (and only source of income for he and my mom, besides a tiny social security check monthly).

4 months ago, he was involved in a head on collision in his work dump truck, at no fault of his own, where there was a fatality. He immediately had to resume life, go back to work, and had no resources provided for his mental health. Again, this was at no fault of his own.

Since then, he has struggled. Who wouldn’t? But at 71, let’s be honest, therapy, and lots of it, is necessary.

My mom has been a stay at home mom my entire life (the hardest job in the world). She and my dad have worked their tails off to provide, sacrifice, serve, tithe, andd help whoever else was in need.

After recieving this news this morning, I immediately began to pray (and brainstorm, God helps those who help themselves ).

So I took matters to social media and someone suggested I create a Gofundme.

The payoff on my parent’s home is $73,000. I’m hoping we can take care of this for them so they can live a stress free life.

Every donation, follow, share, like, comment, every form of engagement is a stream of income.

If you know my parents, then this will be easy. If you don’t, just take my word for it and do your good deed for the day

Maybe we can turn this day around and give my dad a retirement instead of a trip to the unemployment office
