We’re rallying to help Dinesh get back on his feet!

Earlier this year, a violent flood struck India, leaving our dear friend Dinesh in a heartbreaking situation. His home was severely damaged, and his car—his only means of transportation—was destroyed. In the aftermath, Dinesh spent several nights sleeping on the floor, while his wife and children stayed with extended family. The bed his children once slept in and the toys his daughters loved were ruined beyond repair.

Many of you kindly contributed to our initial fundraiser. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen banking limitations in India, donations in USD could not be accepted and were automatically refunded to you. We’re deeply sorry for the confusion and truly grateful for your patience and understanding throughout.

Now, this GoFundMe has been relaunched the right way—with the goal of giving Dinesh and his family the fresh start they deserve. There’s absolutely no pressure to contribute, but if you feel moved to support, any amount will go a long way.
