Let's Provide Real Kosher Pizza to Our Community

Let’s bring real kosher pizza to the Seattle–Bellevue Jewish community!
Hi, my name is Richie Carr, and I’ve been dreaming of a way to make a meaningful difference for Jewish kids and families in our area. Right now, there isn’t a single kosher pizza place in the greater Seattle–Bellevue region. That means kids who keep kosher are growing up without ever tasting real, fresh pizza—and that just doesn’t sit right with me.
Pizza is more than just food—it’s community, it’s celebration, it’s joy. So I had an idea: what if we got a proper pizza oven for the local Chabad House - Eastside Torah Center? That way, during Shabbatons, youth programs, and special events, we could serve fresh, hot, kosher pizza right on site—no compromise, all joy.
I brought this idea up with Rabbi Sholom Ber Elishevitz, and now I’m hoping to raise the funds to make it real. The goal is to purchase a high-quality oven that meets kosher standards and can be used for years to come at Chabad events. It would be a huge step forward for our community—especially for the younger generation.
If you’ve ever shared a slice of pizza and seen someone smile, you know how powerful this can be. Please chip in to help bring kosher pizza to the next generation of the Seattle–Bellevue Jewish community.
Every donation helps. Thank you so much for your support!
