Hey everyone, let me tell you about an incredible guy.

He is the oldest of three highly complex kids, raised in a single-parent, multicultural household. They lacked stability and moved between some of the most dangerous, unsafe estates in England. That’s where he got caught up with the wrong crowd.

He’s made mistakes he’s not proud of, but he wouldn’t have become the strong man he is now without those experiences of trauma and situations no child should face. It took an enormous amount of struggle, sacrifice, determination, and inner strength for him to fight his way out of that lifestyle and completely turn his life around, refusing to let his past define his future.

In the process of becoming the man he is today, he realised he has a natural ability to communicate and engage with people, plus an innate ability to understand and relate to others. He’s the kind of person people naturally gravitate towards and feel comfortable around. Combined with his intricate and extensive knowledge of body anatomy, exercise, and the aptitude to apply his knowledge to individual needs, he has continued educating himself and thrived on learning everything in the field. He now has nearly 25 years of experience. His journey and the challenges he’s overcome drive his dedication to helping others. He genuinely loves educating people around him to better them and share what he has worked hard to achieve in a way they can use and relate to, which comes naturally from his ability to understand and adapt to each individual.

He works incredibly hard. A regular day includes training up to ten clients. He discounts sessions for those who aren’t as well off, ensuring they get support and the chance to become better, healthier, and happier. He even trains under-16s at minimal cost so parents can give their kids opportunities, and less-supported but passionate kids have a stronger chance to fulfil their potential.

He put all his effort working 45 to 60hours aweek at a small independent local gym with a strong sense of community and supportiveness that many others lack. The team worked hard together contributing significantly to its success. The team have put huge commitment into creating a space where younger and older generations can train and socialise together, regardless of age, ability, or background, as a united, equal, positive, and supportive community. He and the team help them develop people skills, self-awareness, better behaviour, self-discipline, and strong connections — which he knows are essential for success as adults.

Over the years, he’s built his credentials and gained qualifications up to just short of physiotherapist level through his own drive for continuing education. He is specialised in many areas, especially mental health from personal experience, and three family members have studied physiology. That background helps him connect effectively with people from every background — from teens struggling with self-confidence and image to elderly clients feeling deflated and isolated.

Since 2022, He selflessly volunteered every year at Ratcliffe College with Rotary District 1070 at the Disability Games, and he absolutely loves it.

After turning his life around, the gratitude he receives from helping others who have lost hope or face disadvantages really resonates with him. It’s his driving force. He is a non-judgemental, unassuming trainer, so his clients always feel safe, trusting, and confident in him. He now feels a strong sense of social responsibility towards younger generations and those needing direction.

He also spent £200 on prizes for a Halloween costume competition for trick-or-treaters. Which had a massive impact on the children and parents in the village.

All this has led him to his biggest dream: to open his own business supporting people’s health, wellbeing, and fitness journeys — a shop and hub for advice and support called Whatssups Shop/Supps 'n' Social.

He wants it to be a safe, secure place where people can be themselves, ask anything, develop their character, reduce loneliness, and build genuine connections. It will offer continued support, progress monitoring, and highly individualised advice.

His aim is to make Whatssups Shop/Supps 'n' Social a household name, known for real social connection and its positive impact on mental and physical health, while providing beneficial supplementation.

He spent the last year working closely with client (actor/singer) Lucy Mabel, educating her to become a personal trainer while he trained to become a personal trainer educator. This gave him the confidence to expand into opening a supplements/health drink cafe/hub. were he can continue giving and build up a academy for young entrepreneurs.

He’ll be honest — this goes against his usual stubborn way of doing everything himself, but he has put his pride aside as his own funds won’t stretch far enough. I have set up this GoFundMe page , as i believe he could do with our help. Every contribution is 100% appreciated and will go straight into making this a reality.

He’ll share every step of the project’s progress on his Deeds Personal Training social media platforms.

Thanks so much for reading. Let’s get behind him and help make this happen!
