Where I live there aren't any resources for families that have special needs children I want to create a place that will help these families. 5 years ago my husband and I were looking for a place to rent and we filled out multiple applications and we had to let the landlords know that we have a son with autism so that they are aware and we can let the neighbors know that they might hear yelling and screaming at times or banging on the walls. We only heard back from a couple landlords and they told us that we were to high risk to rent to us due to the high risk of destruction of property and noise disturbance of the neighbors so we had to move in with family. I have talked to another family that has 2 children with autism and they have had the same issue so they have had to move a few times. So I want to buy some property and build cost effective homes with special insulation to help cut down on the neighbors getting bothered by loud noises and other safety features. I also want to have a place where if a parent has to run errands go shopping anything that they can bring their child there so they will be able to do all that.
