Hi, Im Claire and along with other colleagues and friends of the lovely Jack we want to raise funds to help Jack and his family spend quality time together. Jack was diagnosed with an incurable brain tumour in December he worked as a Urology Nursing Associate, is funny caring and loved. Jack is Married to Rachael and they have two young children. Jack braved the shave to support cancer patients and has provided years of care to cancer patients, he had just started his nursing training when he was given the diagnosis.

We want to give something back to him for all he has given to support others. With limited time left we need help to give this family time together. Please donate what you can, every penny will be greatly appreciated and go straight to the family at this tremendously difficult time.
