For nearly two and a half years, life in Gaza has been reduced to the basics, and even those are no longer within reach.

While food is still available in parts of Gaza, prices have risen far beyond what most families can afford. What used to feed a household for days now barely covers a single meal. Parents are cutting portions, skipping meals and stretching whatever they can find just to get through the day.

Clean water is even harder to secure. The infrastructure is so damaged that supply of water is limited, and what remains is often unsafe. Families are forced to rely on shared or contaminated sources, increasing the risk of illness, especially for children.

My friends team continue delivering food, clean water and essential support across Gaza. Meals are prepared and distributed where families are living now, in shelters, damaged buildings and overcrowded spaces. Water is delivered to areas where safe access has broken down.
