Hello!!! Thank you so much for visiting this fundraising page. My name is Whitney Scraper, and I am a sibling of Nikkis. I have been plotting a go fund me page for my sister for some time, hoping and praying that the blessing of parenthood would find her, and that this wouldn't be necessary. Unfortunately that is not (yet) the case, and after talking to Nikki last week about her ongoing desire to make it happen, and some ongoing heartache, I figured it was time for me to step in and do all I can to help her and Joe become parents.

A little background: Nikki and Joe have been married since 2013. I knew since the day Joe and Nikki were married, that they would definitely out-do my parenting someday. They are the most fun-loving, generous, full of personality and kind people, anyone could meet. They know no strangers, and if they were to meet one, they wouldn't be strangers for long. These two would do anything to help others, and have shown this, time and time again. Over the last few years, Joe has even raised over 50k for charity!! Some people are just warm, and easy to love, and who so easily and freely give love in return. That is Nikki and Joe.

After years of marriage and trying to become pregnant without success, they had seen multiple specialists and doctors, trialed medications, went through procedures and completed IUI to enhance success of pregnancy. Unfortunately none of these were successful in making their parenting dream a reality.

I personally have two children, and I know what a gift it is to have the privilege of becoming a mother. My children are SO lucky to have an auntie like Nikki and uncle like Joe who spoil them rotten and love them like their own....BUT...those of us who have children, likely understand that there is no greater gift than parenthood. I would LOVE and be so grateful to each and every one of you who would help Nikki and Joe on this journey, so they could move forward with other (costly, but hopefully more successful) options to help them have a child! The money raised here, will help pay for in vitro fertilization, and all associated fertility/specialist/medication costs. Nikki does not know about this (and may kill me when she finds out ), but I know she will make the worlds best momma someday! We all get by with a little help from our friends, family, and the man upstairs...so if you are unable to donate, and could spare a prayer or some good vibes, those are welcome as well!
