Help Jhonny Betancourt stay with his family and fight his immigration case

We are asking for your help during one of the most difficult and unexpected moments that our family has faced.

Jhonny Betancourt is a hardworking, responsible and loving father who has always done everything possible to support and protect his family. He is a dedicated worker, father of a young daughter and the head of his household. His family depends on him emotionally and financially.

On September 8, 2026, Jhonny went with his family to attend what they understood as their scheduled ICE appointment. He went there voluntarily, believing that he was doing the right thing by complying with the immigration process. Unfortunately, he was arrested and told there was a problem because he didn't have a cut-off date in the system.

This has been devastating for his family. What was supposed to be a date has now separated a father from his daughter and his loved ones.

Right now, our greatest need is to hire an experienced immigration lawyer who can help Jhonny understand his case, represent him before the immigration authorities and the court, and fight for the possibility of returning home with his family.
