Hello, my name is Linnéa and I'm the founder of Ghaia Foundation. I am raising funds to help Gencia, a single mother in rural Mozambique. The goal is for her to become a plot owner and to provide a home for her and her three children. After the tragic loss of her husband in a terrible accident, Gencia is now on her own, struggling to provide for her family. She lives in a tiny palm leaf hut where she and her children sleep on the ground on a plot that is being temporarily lent to her.

This cause is very close to my heart because I believe everyone deserve a place they can call home, where they can feel safe and secure. Having a home offers a deep sense of security, knowing that it's a place no one can take away. The funds we raise will help Gencia purchase the plot and build a simple yet durable house where she and her children can live.

I will personally be onsite to ensure all the paperwork for Gencia to become the owner is handled properly and that the house construction proceeds as planned. If we receive enough donations, Gencia could have her plot and house ready by November this year. Together, we can make a significant difference in their lives so let's do this!
