Hello! My name is Kim and one of the most important people in my life could use a little help. My son, Brandon, recently found the courage to leave an abusive relationship. Last night he gave her the space to collect her remaining belongings from their apartment and she took just about everything. He has no towels, no shower curtain or liner, and she took the soap. He has no car, no bed, and no kitchen table or chairs. She left the coffee pot but took the filters and the coffee. She also took all the silverware and dishes.

Anyone who knows Brandon knows that he is one of the most loving, kind humans on this planet, and has incredible resilience. But he has been thrust into a position where he just needs some of that kindness in return.

Today is Brandon's birthday, and I can't think of a better gift than to show him the love and compassion he truly deserves. So I am reaching out to my community of loved ones - if any of you would like to join me in circling the wagons around this young man to show him support and love of friends, family, and extended community, I would greatly appreciate it.

Let's see if we can get him back on his feet.
