Ms. Ann is a much-loved and deeply respected native resident and community leader of Hyde Park and the South Central area of Los Angeles. Seeing the unmet needs around her, she stepped forward with a mission to improve the quality of life for Angelenos across the city.

In 2019, Ms. Ann founded the Project 43 Teen Post Center. She has poured her heart into creating a safe space for our community, offering a garden pantry, workshops, and food services. Through this work, the center has provided over 400,000 meals to those in need.

Now, this woman who has given so much to others is facing serious medical and financial expenses and has been almost completely bedridden since October. She needs our help so she can focus on healing instead of worrying about mounting costs.
