We’re coming together to support someone who truly deserves it, a father to new son, husband and dear friend, Michael.

Michael is a hardworking and genuinely a kind individual. He’s a British citizen, raised in Venezuela, and an incredibly genuine, kind-hearted man who always gives his best at work and to those around him.

Michael’s wife and infant son live in Venezuela. Hoping to reunite, he recently applied for a holiday visa to bring them to the UK so they could share valuable time together as a family. Unfortunately, the application was refused, and the non-refundable fees have left him facing significant financial loss.

To make matters even harder, on the last two occasions Michael travelled back to Venezuela to see his wife and son, he was wrongfully imprisoned due to the corruption within the country. Despite these frightening experiences, his only priority has remained his family, he wouldn’t return if it wasn’t to see his baby boy and wife.

We would love to raise as much as we can to help Michael with future visa application costs and the UK Health Surcharge fees, giving him the best possible chance of reuniting safely with his wife and little boy.

Whilst we know the costs of this can be £20,000 and above, any support, no matter the amount, would mean the world.
