Let’s Get the Creedons Back on the Road
Donation protected
Last night, tragedy struck the Creedon family when their newly purchased wheelchair-accessible van caught fire just after returning home from errands. The van, which they had spent over two years searching for, was a perfect fit for their two disabled daughters, their wheelchairs, and the rest of their children. In a matter of moments, it was completely destroyed.
Thankfully, everyone is safe—but the van is a total loss. The fire also caused minor damage to another vehicle and the side of their home, adding more stress to an already overwhelming situation.
While insurance may help recover some of the cost based on their valuation, it’s unlikely to be enough to replace what this van truly meant to the Creedons: independence, mobility, and the ability to care for their daughters with dignity and ease.
They are now back at square one—searching once again for a vehicle that is not only wheelchair accessible but large enough to accommodate two chairs and the rest of their children.
In addition to the van, the fire also destroyed two car seats, including a specialized car seat for their older daughter valued at over $2,500. These car seats are essential to keeping their children safe and secure while traveling, and replacing them adds yet another financial burden to an already devastating situation.
Let’s come together to help the Creedon family rebuild what was lost and get them back on the road with a vehicle and equipment that meets their unique needs.
Your donation will go directly toward:
• Replacing their specialized wheelchair-accessible van
• Purchasing a new specialized car seats for both children
• Covering damages to their home, other vehicle and insurance deductibles
• Helping bridge the financial gap while they navigate this unexpected setback
Any amount helps, and your support—whether financial or simply by sharing this campaign—means the world to this resilient family.
Thank you for standing with the Creedons during this incredibly difficult time.
