Good morning everyone! ☀️

My name is Jordy Bravo and I have lived in this city for all my life! (25 years). Seeing my family and the community being affected by what’s going on today, breaks me. So I want to propose something:

Last night as I was watching the city council meeting, I was asking myself “what are some things I can do to help the community?” Unfortunately, there are many street vendors that still have to work and provide for their family.

My plan is as follows:

I want to reach out to the community and see you guys are all willing and able to donate money! This money will ONLY be used to buy from street vendors and sell them out so they can go home early! The items will be given away to the community!

You may ask, “well how do we know the money will truly go to them.” And trust me I would be skeptical as well! My plan is to record the interaction, obviously not the vendors identity! But will record giving them the money and giving out the items to the community. I will also be transparent as to how much was donated! Everything will be recorded and published, so you all can see I’m being honest. I don’t want to keep the money at all and don’t need it! With everything going on, I want safety for all of the raza! I will also be going to different parts of the city and not just go to the same area every time!

Now my question is, who is truly willing and able to help the community? Is this something we can do?
