Let’s get Josh home, to his son and family.

Hello, my name is Tazmin. I’m doing this fundraiser for my brother Josh, he’s been stuck in Spain since October 2024. He was on a night out while on holiday in Mallorca, and he was wrongly accused of a crime that happened, that he didn’t do. Josh has a son that he hasn’t been able to see since October 2024, as the Spanish police took Josh’s passport away. Josh’s case got forgotten about for all this time, until his lawyer managed to get an appointment with the judge couple weeks ago, to see what was happening. The judge has finally come back to Josh’s lawyers today, and has said he can drop the case and get Josh’s passport back, but he would need to pay £5000 euros to the court (screen shot of lawyers email in photos). We really need help with raising money for this, as Josh has been stuck in Spain for so long, and missed so much of his son’s life already. He’s only a year and a half so has grown and changed so much in the time Josh has been gone. Josh also hasn’t seen any family in this time, so we really need help getting him home.
