Earl has been a concierge here at 905 since we moved in 10 years ago. And he has been a real blessing for this building. I don't know what we would do without him! So, I'm here to ask us all to donate what we can, in order for Earl to get his knee surgery. I'm not sure how much longer he can hobble around in his current state.
