I have suffered with depression, anxiety & suicidal ideation over the last 10 years in industry working in mining, oil & gas and across heavy industry. Maintenance workers in heavy industry report dramatically higher suicide rates than the general population. We need to make a change and support ourselves to become healthy & happy.
