I have suffered with depression, anxiety &amp; suicidal ideation over the last 10 years in industry working in mining, oil &amp; gas and across heavy industry.  Maintenance workers in heavy industry report dramatically higher suicide rates than the general population.  We need to make a change and support ourselves to become healthy &amp; happy.
