Let's get Wayne a Van!

I'm posting this go fund me for my dear friend Wayne, who is a pillar of the Long Beach community. He volunteers with to many non prophet and grass roots groups to even name off and also does work with individuals, including being a care taker in his home life. He helps get people more access to food and growing it, with Long Beach Community table and he's also president of the Long Beach Chapter of Veterans For peace. He is a Veteran of the US military, but has been denied social security income, Despite meeting criteria for disability, making him a part of a large LA area population, of Veterans who get left behind.

     As for many people, He doesn't like to ask for things, but as a close friend I know that he is struggling without access to his vehicle. He instead rides a bike all over town (making him more active than people my age and without a complaint) despite all the aches and pains. His transmission on his van went out several months ago. So, it's time we all help out and raise enough money for Wayne to get a new one or to purchase another used van. The more we raise the more reliable the Vehicle.
