My name is Tiffany and I am a mother in need of serious help. I have 2 beautiful children: my son 21 as of Mothers Day and my daughter 11 soon. Last year what I feel like is the worst thing that can happen to my family, happened. My son, who was born under a standard, who I raised as a single mother, who had everything he needed and most of what he wanted, who successfully graduated high school with a 3.6 GPA, bought his first car with his own money by having a full time job working for Mclane Distribution....was setup by a young woman who allegedly lied about her age. This young lady lives in Wisconsin and when they introduced themselves via social media, my son was honest about his age (17 then) and she allegedly lied about hers saying she was "16". Back in "2022" this young lady went missing in her hometown Racine Wisconsin, and somehow in "2023" my son who lived with me here in Detroit, MI was being investigated and pursued with a warrant for being named in an alleged CSC case. They extradited my son from our home and has been holding him on a half of a million dollar bond while violating his rights in the midst. I was able to retrieve my son's cell pone which is all the discovery that is being used in this case. Due to the young lady running away and it making the news of her missing, mutual friends informed my son about her, he addressed the young lady about her age because it stated she was younger than what she initially told him, she gamed him and beat around the bush and my son in message told her not to ever contact him again and her response in one of many of her text was, "if you try to stop talking to me I will lie and say you raped me" (she is Mexican and maybe Black).

The first private lawyer I had was Attorney B. Nelson out of Wisconsin who took me for $10,000 of my hard earned money as he did nothing for the case and only saw my son 1 time. He attended 1 status conference that lasted maybe 5mins in front of a judge and kept pressing me for the remaining amount of his money and that's when I new he preyed on my desperation in me trying to help my son. I sought other counsel and him and his firm claimed his labor was worth the $10,000 that I paid upfront as I also helped with any discovery he needed. My son ended up with a Public Defender after this, Alexia. G who is a newly graduated defense attorney about 2yrs ago who seems to want to be a prosecutor and using my son as her guinea pig while she works closely with prosecution on trying to force my son to plea rather than defend him and his innocence. Before going through the discovery (which has taken over a year as of March 4, 2025) she was offering pleas to my son in which she has been made very clear, we will not fold and now we have released her as counsel as she will not listen to his ask, she does not talk to him or visit him about the case until it's time for the next status conference, (which there has been several) she is not defending him or trying to. She works for the state of Racine and does not hold up her oath as a defense attorney. The DA of Wisconsin is violating his Brady rights and have been for over a year as well, not allowing my private attorney or the public defender I had to view a part of the discovery that alleges my sons presence.

My son was born under a standard as I said because I was. We come from good stock. He has no priors, no records anywhere. He has a sister for God sakes. My son is innocent, he has no reason to ever seek out a female and/or harm her. This young lady mother allegedly is who decided to press charges not caring about the life she is ruining. There are hard truths about her daughter she will have to face because everything will be uncovered, the truth will be told and things uncovered concerning the alleged victim.

This fundraiser is to help me obtain new counsel from our hometown who is committed to doing his job and helping bring my innocent son home. There are no laws that protect our men or our boys. A woman can make whatever accusations she wants and it could send your loved one away for years, the only way to fight this is with the right attorney and a village standing behind you for what's right. There is strength in numbers. I pray my story is heard. As a mother, I have not lived or been the same. I feel like I have been in bondage right along with him. The thoughts of his safety and what he could be enduring knowing he is innocent, and the son I raised with my blood sweat tears and prayers. I have been devastated and functionally depressed ever since because I still have a daughter that needs me, I work for a living, I care for my mother and more. Any donation will help.
