Hey, here at Movement, Lifestyle & Fitness we are trying to raise funds for less fortunate families this Christmas! This is such a special time of year but for many is extremely hard. Our funds will be going towards toys,food, gas & electric for families who need it. We have over 50 people running 5k everyday for the advent calendar. Completing 120k each/ 6000km collectively
