Meet Leo, a 7 year old diagnosed with level 3 diplegic cerebral palsy after his premature birth. Diplegia affects the muscles primarily in the legs making it a struggle for Leo to navigate the world like a typical person. Leo relies on his wheelchair and walker (and mom and dad!) to get from A to B. We would love to introduce another bit of independence for Leo by getting him a specialised bike, so he can ride around like other kids his age. Unfortunately like most disability equipment the costs are extremely high, in the thousands. We are trying to fund raise in hopes to help and bring Leo a bit of fun with independence. Thanks so much!
