Hi, my name is Brynna, and I’m asking for your help to lift a financial weight that’s been on my family’s shoulders for years.
In 2019, I began my college journey with the dream of earning a degree in forensic science. Like so many others, I was blindsided by the impact of COVID. My school pulled all of my scholarship funding during the pandemic, which forced me to take out significantly more student loans just to continue my education.
To help me stay on track, my grandparents and my mom stepped in—co-signing loans and making payments when I couldn't. I wouldn’t have made it this far without them. But now, my grandparents are retired and living solely on Social Security, and the burden of these loans is weighing heavily on them.
I'm still in school and not yet in a financial position to take over the payments myself or refinance the loans in my name. That leaves us in a difficult and disheartening situation—one that affects not just me, but the people who have sacrificed the most for me.
With your help, I’m hoping to raise enough to pay off these loans by next September—my birthday—and give my grandparents the relief they so deeply deserve. Your donation, no matter how small, can be part of that gift. Even $1 and a share can make a difference.
Not only would this allow my grandparents to breathe easier, but it would also give my husband and me the chance to start our own future—finishing school, planning a family, and moving forward without this mountain of debt holding us back.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading, sharing, and supporting in any way you can.
