Lenadoon Community Counselling Service

Criostoir and Sonia, 2 coaches from Olympus West Belfast would like to invite you and any friends/family to join us on the Slieve Donard Hike on Sunday 11th May.

We are organising this hike for not just the gym but for our community to raise awareness for Mental Health and in doing so raising money for the Lenadoon Community Counselling Centre which is a local community organisation that offers help and support to any who need it.

The has and continues to be an important element for us in maintaining, building and growing our mental health and we know it helps our members and clients also. So we would like to bring the community together with other challenging activities than just lifting weights.
