Lei's baby, Altair Grey, needs our help

Lei's baby Altair Grey was born via C-Section on Wednesday February 3rd.
Unfortunately, he had respiratory complications (increased RR, grunting and retractions) and he urgently needed to be transferred to a bigger hospital with the right facilities for further treatment. Apparently, in the Philippines, it is very difficult to get maternity benefits and coverage. [I will reserve my thoughts on that for another time.]
Altair has been in the NICU for a week now and he is being treated aggressively for Neonatal Pneumonia. Lei's insurance is not helping much, at all and even Lei's emergency medical card won't cover any of Altair's needs. So far she and her family are in the hole well over $5k.
[Any excess funds will be donated to a children's charity. ]
Altair is still in the hospital, but things are looking up. That's where you come in.
