Legal legitimation for my kids

My name is Caleb McKinney and I am the father of 4 beautiful children. Right now, the mother of two of my children have been keeping them from me and my family, ignoring my messages, and she is even refusing to follow court-ordered visitations that my ma has to have visitation with them.

More importantly, my children are not in a healthy situation with their mother. She has a diagnosed mental issue that she does not have under control. She has been verbally, and physically abusive with my kids, and they were even removed from her custody and put into the foster care system, in May 2017, due to her mental instability and the behavior that she displayed at that time.

She now has regained custody of them as of May 2021, but she is not good to them, and she keeps them from me and my family. She refuses to take them to the doctor. She curses my babies out like they are dogs on the street. She beats on them for the least little thing. She smokes cigarettes in front of the kids, even though she knows my son has asthma. I could go on and on, but I'm really not writing all of this to bash her. I just really want to give ya'll a clear picture of what kind of situation my children are in.

Unfortunately, in the state of GA, a man who has kids with a woman he not married to can be identified as the biological father (which I am because I took DNA tests), but still have no legal rights to their kids. So even though I am their dad, I can't even fight for custody, or even just for visitation rights, or have a say so in my kids' medical care, or anything like that, without being legitimated as their legal parent. Basically, unless I get legitimated, I have no rights to them at all, which means I can't even fight for them to make sure they are safe and well taken care of in this current situation.

My kids need me more than ever right now. But unfortunately I don't have the extra money that it will take to fight for them. I do have a job, where I run a mobile detailing shop, but

I also have two other children, and also with inflation going on, and other household bills, I just don't have the extra money to pay lawyer fees and other legal fees to get legitimated and fight for my kids right now... So I'm asking for your help!! Please donate what you can so I can fight for my babies!!
