For nearly 4 years, my daughter has been in and out of court battling ongoing custody issues with her child’s father. While there is a 50/50 custody arrangement in place, co-parenting has not always been easy, and the constant legal back-and-forth has taken a heavy toll.

As a single mother of three children, the financial strain of hiring an attorney has become impossible to manage. All other options have been exhausted, and without proper legal representation, she cannot continue to protect her rights and her child’s best interests.

This ongoing situation hasn’t just affected the mother and the child at hand; it has deeply impacted the other two children as well. The older sibling has even missed school at times due to making himself sick over the stress and fear of not knowing if he will see his brother again. The emotional strain on the entire family has been overwhelming, and it is a constant weight we all carry every day.

We are asking for support to help cover legal expenses so she can secure the representation she needs to navigate this difficult process. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward attorney fees and court costs.
