Legal Help Needed for Son's Well-being

I will be contacting a lawyer to get my divorce decree amended. I have no idea how much it will cost, but I need to do it as soon as possible. I am not currently working and am in school to secure job placement when I’m finished. I’m expected to graduate in Feb 2026. I got consent from my son’s father to move out of state to receive intensive outpatient treatment for my mental health in Nov 2023. We have residency in Utah now, but my divorce decree is out dated and from a different state. I need to get it amended so that my son can stay in his community and stay in Utah with me. He is thriving and has had stability, so much academic and emotional growth since moving there. We have built a meaningful community who loves and supports him. Staying in Utah is in his best interest for his physical and emotional health. All donations will be used for lawyer fees to make the appropriate changes to my divorce decree so that my son can continue to thrive and stay in his community.
