Legal Help For Custody Of My Niece!

Hello, my name is Robyn and I am raising money to assist with legal expenses related to the custody battle of my niece. 

My niece is currently 14 years old and her dad has full parental custody.  She has expressed her desire to move full time with her mother due to the current conditions of her father’s residence.  Unfortunately, this decision has triggered a custody battle between her parents and caused my niece to be removed from her father’s home. 

My sister has exhausted all of her funds due to the on-going legal fight.  My sister has explored all options for assistance but has been unable to secure representation that she desperately needs to see this through to the best resolution for my niece. My niece is so scared that she is going to have to go back to her fathers house.
