The City of Kelowna has approved a 685-person capacity, 1:00 AM liquor primary license for the Revelry immediately adjacent to the Madison. This may be extremely disruptive to the residents of the Madison.

Madison Owners are seeking donations for the legal fund to have this large venue-late night (aka nightclub) liquor primary license approval overturned or ensure there will not be late-night disturbances to the detriment of the residents. The funds raised will be used to retain legal council to continue the action in the Supreme Court. Please help by donating to this fund.

Unused funds will be returned to donors proportionate to donation.
