In May 2022, 5 Palestine Actionists shut down Thales' operations in Glasgow. Thales help develop weapon systems used in the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people. Thales' collaboration with Elbit Systems contributes to the production of weaponry "battle-tested" on Palestinian civilians.

Those on trial are facing 3 charges relating to this act of resistance, and the complexities of the case require significant legal support.
