Legal Fund to Stop the Sewer Sale

On May 16th, residents voted in favor of a Home Rule Charter prohibiting the sale of our water, wastewater, and stormwater. The Charter went into effect on July 1st, and the Towamencin Board of Supervisors has stated they do not intend to adhere to the provision prohibiting the sale. Unfortunately, our only recourse is to ask the courts to decide. Please consider donating to the cause.
