Legal Battle for Logan!

Hi Everyone,

I am going to post this for one last time. We have not gone any further in the case. We haven’t gotten to where we need to be and unfortunately the cost seems never ending. I am asking this one last time for any help if you can. I truly appreciate all the help Logan and I have received.

Update!!! My exhusband has been fired from his attorney. We are so close. My attorney has put in a request to expedite a hearing at least to get the Guardian at Litems report enforced.

I have a balance left of $4550. If there is anyway you can help, it would be truly appreciated. If you can’t, can you please share this on your page. I am trying so hard to get Logan out of this awful situation. Anything would help!! Thank you!!!!!

As most of you know, I have a 10-year-old son and He’s my everything. I have fought for the last three years and I have spent over $13,000 in legal fees to change custody arrangements for the betterment of my son. It has been an exhausting, heart-wrenching battle. We are now in the final phase and the cost is huge.

Things are progressively getting worse. His father has been thrown out of two pediatricians offices. He is not wanted at Logan’s school. He has now become an armed guard and legally can carry a gun. It is affecting Logan to the point that he’s very afraid of his father and hides things from me because he knows he will get in trouble with his dad. It’s a very sad situation and I’m trying everything to change custody. I know I’ve put this on here several times but if you can help, it would be greatly greatly appreciated. I would not ask if I weren’t in great need. I am doing everything I can to get out of the situation and get ahead but the attorney fees are so costly.

I am so grateful for the donations that have come in. It has paid some of the attorneys fees. Unfortunately the fees are still more than I can afford with two jobs. I know everyone is in the same boat financially but if you have any way to donate, it would really help and be very appreciated. We are so close to the end of this trauma.

I am a private person and would not be making this public if it were not very important. When it comes to my son, I’ve learned that I have to put my fears, embarrassment and shame to the side to keep him safe, healthy and happy. Please know this is something I have painfully thought about and while it is not my nature to over-share, I am out of options.
