Legal Fees to Reunite Alissa’s Family

My name is Alissa Jacquez. I'm on here asking for donations to help us cover legal fees to bring back home my spouse to his children and myself. He was racially profiled, followed and taken by immigration on his way to work on Tuesday, April 7th 2026. He was not pulled over for any type of traffic offense, he was only followed and racially profiled. He's a good man; he has three biological children and two stepchildren with me. He works hard every day to provide for all of his children and to make a life for us. He was brought here as a teenager and has been here for over 24 years, establishing his entire life here!! Five children depend on him. I depend on him! And without him our entire life has been turned upside down, and our future made so uncertain. I don't care about politics all I'm asking is for people to show some humanity and see that we are humans and I love my husband and he is a good man. We've been struggling just to make ends meet without him here. Now on top of it, we have to try to come up with money to pay for his legal fees. I have managed to retain a lawyer, but that's about as far as my funds could go. We we're able to raise enough funds to make the first filing fee of $1,670. The next steps with filing fees and attorney fees are going to cost about $8,000. So I'm just asking anyone out there if you are able to help us we would be so grateful. I understand everyone is having a hard time with the situation our country is in, and the world is in. And I know our story is just one of hundreds and hundreds of stories across the United States. But it's extremely difficult to lose your spouse. To lose more than half of your household income. And the most difficult part is explaining to our children why or how this could happen... And not being able to give them an answer when they ask "what is our future gonna be like?" Because honestly we don't know all we can do is hope and try. And we have a lot of Hope, and we have a great attorney. And even though there's people out there rooting against us we're not going to give up this fight and we're going to do everything to bring Wilberth home. And we would be so grateful if anyone out there could give us any help at all thank you so much!♥️
