We are reaching out with hopeful hearts as we take one final step on a long, emotional, and incredibly expensive journey — the journey to bring our family back together, where we belong.

My name is Catherine, and I’m raising funds to cover the added legal fees for our visa appeal so that my son Myles and I can finally return home to Scotland, where my husband is waiting for us.

This process has been anything but easy. We’ve spent years navigating complex immigration requirements, enduring painful separation, and watching precious time slip away — time that should have been spent together, as a family. Every step forward has come at a high financial and emotional cost. And now, after everything, we’re just one legal hurdle away from reuniting for good.

Our appeal is in motion, and we are so close. But we need help covering the additional legal costs to finish this process properly and make sure nothing stands in our way. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to the day Myles and I can finally go home.
