Hello everyone, as some of my close friends know.. my father was sentence to 20 years in prison for a crime that he did not commit. The fatal crash was caused by someone else that fled the scene and ONE 911 caller gave my dads vehicle description and identified him as the person that caused the fatal accident. We spent thousands of dollars with his former attorney for the past 4 years and he did nothing to defend him in court. No investigation was done on his part, nothing. We have recently hired an appellate attorney that has given us hope. He has found many errors in this case and knows that my father is not guilty. Unfortunately, as much as he would like to help us he has to hire experts for this case. We were able to pay him the first half of the 40k that he is asking for but we are needing help from friends and family to come up with the rest. Anything helps tremendously, and I appreciate each one of you from the botttom of my heart.

If you knew my father, he has the most sweetest heart and does not deserve to be punished this way.
