Legal fees for the removal of Mayor Joe Piper

My name is Dwight McCormic, I am a former City council member in the City of Statham. We have recently discovered that our Mayor was ineligible to run in the 2019 election. His ineligibility stems from an active 2017 Bankruptcy case where he was discharging Federal Tax debt, that had not been fully adjudicated. We have an active application in the Barrow County Superior court and they are challenging the sufficiency of the recall application. It is also interesting to note that there are 4 other bankruptcies to his credit, and in the 2017 Bankruptcy he perjured himself several times on the application. This man does not deserve the office he currently holds, nor is he even qualified to run this city.
