HELP FOR FATHER IN LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA

My name is Kurt Mueller. I'm a 48 year old single father of two boys, ages 13 & 15.

I'm hoping those who read this can do so with clear eyes and an open heart.

My intention is to shine a light of truth on the subject and to do something I have never done before ... ask for help.

This is my last resort.

For over two years I have been in multiple legal battles that are related to the custody of my 2 sons, now ages 13 & 15. I’ve had 4 legal teams & been involved in eight (8) cases; 1 small claims court, 5 criminal, 1 civil & 2 family … all due to lies & severe parental alienation by my ex-wife, her husband & her attorney, blatant disregard for the law by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office and unlawful rulings by Loudoun County magistrates & judges.

Every time I thought the truth and the law would correct the injustices and help me, to my shock and dismay, the opposite would occur.

I have been harassed constantly by my ex-wife, her husband, and her attorneys. Some examples include: filing with the courts over 250 times, making false statements on criminal complaints, lying under oath, slander, libel, theft, assault, stalking, posting lies on social media, kidnapping, eavesdropping in my home with secret recording device, tracking my movement, making false statements to law enforcement for anonymous welfare checks at my home, alienating our sons from me by telling them I’m mentally ill, dangerous & that they should hate me, bribing our sons with gifts & trips, making a terrorist threat to a middle school, telling friends/family/doctors/teachers/youth sports teams/anyone that I’m dangerous & mentally ill, making up lies to have me fired from coaching, stating outright in court that they directed our son to call 9-1-1 & lie to law enforcement AND that they do not want me to have any contact with our sons ever again despite the courts ordering reunification, and much more. I live in constant fear of what they may do to me next.

All of this has made it impossible to work and taken a huge toll on my physical & emotional well-being. I have spent well over $500,000.00 in legal fees and owe 100’s of thousands more. I maxed out credit cards, borrowed over $50k from friends, cashed out all of my retirement, my savings, the little stock & crypto I had and sold everything I own...furniture, clothes, electronics, pictures...everything...to pay for attorneys, food and shelter. I have nothing left.

I have never been in trouble in my life, I have no criminal history, I’ve never been diagnosed with a mental illness and no one has ever accused me of a crime or having mental illness...

... except for one person, my ex-wife in her attempt to take our children from me and erase me from society. Sadly, her tactics have worked, so far.

Despite raising our sons by myself as a single father for 7 years after being abandoned, and never committing a crime in my life, I've had ZERO contact of any kind with my 2 children since May of 2022.

Out of money and fearful of what they may do to me next, I moved out of Loudoun County in July of 2023. I am currently homeless, sleeping on couches and living out of a suitcase.

My ex-wife, her husband and her attorney continue to make filings and false allegations to law enforcement to this day.

It has been beyond stressful and traumatizing.

Unfortunately, legal battles to see your children & to prove your innocence are terribly expensive, but absolutely necessary if you want a chance at justice.

I'm asking for help with my ongoing legal costs while I get back on my feet. If all you can spare are thoughts & prayers, I can use all the positivity I can get. I appreciate that more than you know.

I love and miss my kids more than anyone can imagine. I miss my life.

Truth wins. Good always prevails over evil.

There are a lot more details to all of this and a lot more outstanding legal bills - 100's of thousands of dollars. I can certainly share all the details with anyone who wishes to learn the truth, as I have everything documented, including video evidence that supports all my statements.

*I plan to post the video evidence so that everyone can see the truth...as everything was caught on camera. Hopefully I can put an update on where to find them.

The large picture in this collage was taken at Busch Gardens in April of 2022, just 3 weeks before May 4th, 2022...the last time I had any contact with my 2 children.

My youngest, literally, held my hand the entire time we were at the park over a 3 day period and would only go on rides with me. Of course, I loved it.

We've missed out on so many life events and memories that we can ever get back.

I hope I see them again some day.
